We have the ability to co-ordinate all aspects of staffing needs or to simply place the right people into the required roles. So whether you require small promotional teams travelling the country, medal presenters at a marathon or large groups of vibrant bar workers, our flair for live event logistics and management combine that with the enthusiasm created amongst our staff gives you complete assurance that you are entering a contract with an exceptional team. We can provide the equipment and also provide the staffing to make sure the items you hire are used to their full potential. Our event staffing team range from delivery teams, sound engineers, lighting & audio visual operators Below is a selection of the staff we can provide and a relative pricing structure.

Prices include staffing transport and breaks must be included as an hour of working. If staff are required to stay overnight and at some events this is the case we will arrange accommodation at a local hotel and pass the cost onto our clients.

Load in/out crew of 3: £30.00
Load in/out crew of 6: £60.00

Security Steward: £8.00

Event management depend on the value of the hire normally its 5% + Expenses.

All staff are fully qualified in there professions, security staff may be subcontracted from time to time although clients will be fully aware if this is the case. All staff will wear uniform at all times, and at special events the dress code will be adhered to at all times in and around the event. Please contact us to discuss staffing.
